When our Liberal leaders speak, the thinking has been done!
When our liberal leaders speak, the thinking has been done. When they propose a plan–it is the BEST plan. When they point the way, there is no other which is safe. When they give direction, it should mark the end of controversy. Our leaders work in no other way. To think otherwise, without immediate repentance, may cost one there faith, liberty and leave them a stranger to the kingdom of FREE health care, welfare and food stamps.

The Tea is Brewing again!
The Tea is Brewing again! But....is Herman Cain electable or will he be just consumed to warm the bellies of the frustrated Tea Party?

Why many of today's leader's don't lead?
Leader's can't lead if they don't know, what they don't know. And if they don't know, what they don't know, it will only be a matter of time before what they don't know, becomes something others know, about what they know. Which is why many people in leadership positions today, know they don't know and because they know it. They fail to bring people in to help them with what they don't know because of fear of not knowing what that will make them look like in there position of having to be in the know. So lets hope the old saying 'You can fool some of the people some of the time, but not all of the people all of the time' happens soon.- Craig Bushon

Typical duct systems lose 25% to 40% of the energy produced by the HVAC.
Typical duct systems lose 25% to 40% of the energy produced by the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). Studies conducted by utility companies and energy experts throughout the country have verified most heating and cooling systems have 1 or more problems that reduce the true efficiency:
The Duct System has Large Air Leaks.
The Duct System is Restricting Airflow.
The Wrong Sized Heating and Cooling Equipment was Installed.
The Heating or Cooling Equipment was installed incorrectly.
The House has Large Hidden Air Leaks which Create Hot or Cold Rooms (micro climates)
Specialized equipment can be used to quickly test for air leaks in the duct system, and estimate the annual efficiency loss from duct leakage. Blower Door, Duct Blaster and Infra Red Camera’s are a few you should be looking for by your technician.
Remember
Always use technicians that receive the latest training on the newest diagnostic procedures so they can find and fix comfort problems, and keep your utility
bills low. Use the companies that invest in the best diagnostic tools to evaluate and test your house. Guesswork and rules of thumb should not be in there toolbox. Remember this motto: The best test, the rest guess!: Oversized air conditioners and heat pumps do not run long enough to remove moisture from the air. Result: Your house feels damp and muggy. Oversized units also tend to cycle on and off more frequently, resulting in large temperature swings and more wear on the equipment.

The Dynamic of Attic Ventilation and Temperature Inversion.
Have you ever opened your attic access and been greeted with that blast of incredibly hot air? That’s “oppression” , and it’s responsible for keeping every home several degrees hotter then it has to be. In addition, it’s the primary cause for most mold and mildew problems found in homes today.
By keeping the attic air cooler, less heat can be conducted by the ceiling, which is one of the primary cause of heat gain within the house interior. In addition, it should increase the life of your roofing, as well as anything you may have in your attic space.
Shrink your energy bill, save money and earn a home tax credit all at once .A properly placed Solar Attic Fan reduces heat gain! By reducing the amount of radiant heat that is conducted by the ceiling, heat gain within the interior can be dramatically reduced. Attic temperatures can reach 170° F or more in the summer. That translates to ceiling temperatures that can reach a 100° F or more.
By venting heat within the attic before it is conducted by the ceiling, ceiling temperatures can be lowered by 10°-30° F. Interior room temperatures can be lowered as much as 15° F.
You can save thousands of dollars in electric expenses over the life expectancy of a quality Solar Attic Fan. Lower AC usage equates to less wear and tear on the equipment which, in turn, lowers maintenance costs.
REMEMBER....Not all solar fans are created equal, it is very important you do your homework on WHO the manufacturer is, WHAT the product is made of and WHERE you can get specific data to back up any claims of performance.

President Obama's words would have more meaning if he practiced what he preached.
In a statement, Obama said Syria's moves to repeal a decades-old emergency law and allow peaceful demonstrations were not serious in light of Friday's events.
He called on Assad to change course and obey the will of his people by giving them what they seek -- freedom of expression, association, peaceful assembly and the ability to choose their leaders. - Fox News online

Central Banks
Central banks are printing more money than they ever have, so what’s the value of money in terms of purchases of goods and services. Just look at gold as just another currency that they can’t print any more of.

Debt vs. Deficit
If the government spends more than it takes in over the course of one year, then it has run a deficit. A deficit applies to just one year. When the government runs a deficit, then it must borrow money to make up the difference. When the government runs a deficit, then it must borrow money to make up the difference. A debt is completely different. Think of debt as accumulated deficits. If the government has to borrow money every year, then its debt will continue to grow year-after-year. This debt does not disappear unless the government elects to try and pay it down (rare occurrence). The debt usually grows year-after-year. With each additional deficit, the debt continues to grow. The US government is expected to run a trillion dollar plus deficit this year. This is in additional to the debt that the federal government has already accumulated since its inception.

Does anybody really care anymore?
I sometimes think most Americans are under some “spell” or mass hypnosis
Media has given MUCH attention to all of the illegal activity in our nation; Congress holds hearings; lawyers are screaming – there are some activists – but basically, the system proceeds as usual.

Long Tail Theory
The future of many companies launching successfully will be based on the theory of the Long Tail which shows that our culture and economy is increasingly shifting away from a focus on a relatively small number of "hits" (mainstream products and markets) at the head of the demand curve and toward a huge number of niches in the tail. As the costs of production and distribution fall, especially online, there is now less need to lump products and consumers into one-size-fits-all containers. In an era without the constraints of physical shelf space and other bottlenecks of distribution, narrowly-target goods and services can be as economically attractive as mainstream fare.

Chevy Volt
I turned in the Chevy Volt to GM yesterday after a week long test drive and review. And I have to say, I don't look forward to going to the gas station today.

What you may not know about the CFL bulb
"An International Association for Energy-Efficient Lighting (IAEEL) study conducted in Denmark, explored some carbon footprint factors, but not all, showing it took 1.8 Kwh of electricity to assemble a CFL compared to 0.11 Kwh to assemble an incandescent bulb. That means it took 16 times more energy to produce a CFL. The study did not include the fact that a CFL is much heavier and is more dangerous to handle, and will thus cost more to package, to ship, and to sell."

Myth #1 Radio is too expensive.
Myth #1 Radio is too expensive.
Radio can fit any budget, and is still surprisingly inexpensive for your advertising needs. Spending money on advertising means you’re making an investment in your company. Thankfully, even companies with small budgets can still generate terrific returns from advertising if it’s skillfully done with ideal media placement and great timing.
